A community-driven nonprofit committed to ending homelessness for medically fragile adults in Champaign-Urbana.
Our Story
Hope Village Communities was founded to fill a critical gap in the Champaign-Urbana continuum of care: permanent, supportive tiny home housing for adults who are both medically fragile and at risk of homelessness.
We recognized that for many individuals, the lack of stable housing is the single greatest barrier to maintaining their health and well-being. Without a safe place to call home, managing chronic illness, recovering from hospitalization, or accessing consistent care is nearly impossible.
Hope Village was designed from the ground up to address this challenge — combining dignified, permanent housing with dedicated case management and a supportive community environment.

While Hope Village focuses on its mission to provide housing and support for our neighbors in need, Willow Grove manages the behind-the-scenes work — administration, logistics, and day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly.
