Hope Village is a unique, tiny home community that offers housing solutions for adult community members who are most at risk of homelessness and are medically fragile in the Champaign-Urbana community. Residents will have access to a variety of resources and a network of support, including dedicated case management, to address the complexities that impact an individual’s well-being and their ability to sustain a healthy life. Hope Village addresses the foundational challenge of safe, reliable and accessible housing for those in our community who need it most. We are proud to be part of the continuum of service providers for our neighbors in need – and we’re dedicated to creating a measurable impact for generations to come.
